An “in-fill” mixed-use redevelopment, the RIO Town Center Parcel is envisioned as a waterfront development in five phases with all major infrastructure requirements placed in the center street as part of the first phase. As an Urban Design, the Rio Town Center will bring together elements of vitality and redevelopment to ignite the re-vitalization of RIO with needed services and activity to and along the waterfront.
