Licensed Registered Architect
We are seeking a talented and creative Licensed Registered Architect, with at least 10 years of experience, knowledge of building codes, able to analyze P&Z Land Dev. Regulation.

You will be expected to collaborate with a Principal - Project Manager in all the design phases and production of working drawings of a variety of projects, and also help guide and teach our developing staff. Projects consist mainly of commercial and quasi-institutional with some residential. Our future success is based on hiring, training, and investing in talented team members.
Office Manager
Part-Time: (25-30 hours/week), On-Site
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our office. This position plays a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Process payments and invoicing

Track timesheets for billing

Answer phone calls and manage inquiries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Edit and manage various documents

Manage and respond to emails
-
Track and order supplies
-
Attend public events and maintain a professional, presentable appearance
Required Skills:

Knowledge of QuickBooks
-
Strong computer skills
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Knowledge of Google Calendar
